Luskey's/Ryon's wants you to be satisfied with any purchase you make.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 10 days, simply return it to us with a note telling us what you would like to do.  Be sure and tell us if you need another size, another color, another style or simply want to return it because it's not what you wanted.  We will exchange or refund your purchase.*  If you return your purchase, be sure to insure your merchandise because we cannot be responsible for the goods until we recieve them.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  *Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags still attached.  Soiled or used merchandise is not returnable unless there is a defect in manufactureing.  Boots are warranted against defects in manufacture only.  Since Luskey's/Ryon's cannot control the misuse of western boots, we cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear on boots-specifically, we will repair or replace boots due to stitching coming loose or or othre manufactureing faults.  We will not repair or replace boots due to soles wearing out.
